The grounds are lovely, feeling like a jungle, and the place is quiet with friendly staff; breakfast offers a good variety and it’s a short walk to the main part of town. However, there are many stairs, and depending on where your room is, you should be ready for a bit of a walk, though porters will help with your bags.

The staff were amazing, I love staying here and plan to return in January; the massage outside was amazing and the staff are just the best. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved the hotel’s history, showcased throughout the stunning architecture, and the views are incredible; our room was very comfortable and the pool was amazing. It’s such a beautiful place, within walking distance of Ubud’s centre, yet it feels like an oasis far from the bustle. The best part is the incredible staff who make the experience fun and warm; my birthday fell on our first night and they went above and beyond to celebrate with me, which was so special! I’m glad we chose to stay here and will definitely come back.

The hotel feels like a dream; if you want to escape the world’s noise, this is the spot. The rooms are amazing, with multiple pools, a cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. I hit a snag on my first night, but the team fixed it right away—big thanks to Sudira, Nadi, and Widi. Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, going above and beyond with hospitality. I’ll 100% recommend it to friends and family. Everything was perfect.

I loved this hotel; the rooms were large suites with amazing bathrooms and an extra‑large balcony overlooking a valley in a jungle setting. The sound of the gully at the bottom of the valley was a highlight. There are two pools and the buffet breakfast is incredible. The staff are so friendly that we didn’t want to leave this beautiful hotel. Loved everything.
