The spot is handy with shops and restaurants nearby, and the common area/kitchen is fully equipped even though I never used it; however, the main door looks sketchy with no name or number, the bedroom had a strange odor, and the shower and toilet were tiny and not very clean.

The check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, but street noise and the heavy, annoying doors in the guesthouse that everyone had to close were a nuisance.

The location was good, but the top‑floor room made it practically impossible to haul a 22 kg suitcase up, and the window wouldn’t close.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The flat is cosy, great location, the water current needs a separate mention it was so good )) I had a really nice stay. It's a bit small, especially the shower
