“The worst experience i have ever had”

The location was fine, but the water stayed cold, towels were only changed every 5 days, I stayed 9 nights and the bed sheet never changed, only one towel change, the WIFI was unreliable, and when I complained the staff kept saying “this isn’t a hotel”.

“Du mieux pourrait être fait”

We liked having an independent bathroom, the residence was clean, the location was good, the bedding and bath linens were clean. The breakfast service was lacking: when breakfast is offered, it’s not the guests’ job to boil water, wash dishes or make omelettes; the breakfast was too light; the shower gel was dispensed by the drip; toilet paper had to be requested because there is only one roll per room, no reserve; to be professional, the hotel should push professionalism to the extreme; the cleaning lady’s outfit was almost ragged; the toilet paper holder was defective; during showers water splashed everywhere in the toilet because there were no shower curtains; some kitchen utensils need replacement.
