Haeundae Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Studios have heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and microwaves. Suites feature separate living areas. Free parking, shopping arcade, and on-site dining are available.

I was thrilled with the location, right in front of the beach and in a lively neighborhood. The room was huge and came with a decent kitchen that even had a laundry machine.

The room was very spacious with a slightly firm bed, and the location was perfect—right below the night market and downtown, just across the street from the beach with great sea views; the only drawback was that the front desk is on the 4th floor, requiring a transfer to the 22nd‑floor elevator, which often involved a long wait.

The hotel sits right on the beach and is huge, with the front desk on the fourth floor so you have to switch elevators to reach your room; the rooms are spacious and offer nice views, and you get one pool ticket per day, but once you leave the pool you can’t get back in.

The spot is right in front of Haeundae beach and the cleaning staff are efficient and hardworking. However, there’s no security—floor access isn’t protected by a card‑activated lift. The pool costs 20000 won per day, there’s no place to hang wet clothes, and the kitchen lacks cutlery or plates. The fridge door was broken, and overall the room needs renovation.
