The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly, the spot was great, and the lobby coffee and cold water were a nice touch; public transport and night markets were easy to get to. The advertised two‑bedroom was misleading—the second bedroom was just a curtain in the living room, both beds were firm, and the smaller one was noticeably worse in comfort.

The spot was superb—just a 5‑minute walk to Nathan Road, restaurants, bus stops, and the MTR. The suite was a good size for the price and clean, and the staff and reception were friendly. However, the kitchen had only two of each utensil and cookware, so an extra set would help, and the decor was a bit dated but acceptable.

Excellent location, a 7/11 just 30 m away, staff and reception were very friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was updated and nice, and the bed was comfy; I had no safety concerns and it felt the same as any city I’ve visited before, even with a kid—no problems. The only downside was the lack of drinking water in the guest rooms.
