The boutique hotel is exactly as shown in the photos—well maintained and decorated. The room is exactly what’s advertised. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. The breakfast is varied, tasty, and well prepared, and there’s nothing I don’t like.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, and parking was appreciated. The room was large and spacious, and we slept well. However, the shower was cold in the morning, water leaked onto the floor because the shower curtain was half‑open, and the bathroom overall felt somewhat neglected. Breakfast was very basic; the cereals were damp and stuck together in the jar, though the ladies were kind and we were grateful for the good bread, even though it was only one loaf per person.

The silence was perfect for resting, and the décor and bed comfort were great. It’s close to the tourist hub of Cerro Alegre and Concepción yet still far from the noise. The only thing that could be improved is adding honey or brown sugar to the breakfast.
