“Lovely holiday in very spacious accommodation with a great location, but a shame the management service fell short.”
The property was very spacious, had secure parking, and was in a good spot. Every bedroom had an en‑suite bathroom and automated shutters, keeping the rooms dark, and the air conditioning was efficient. The kitchen was well equipped, with an excellent coffee machine, though some appliances were hard to use. It felt more like a rental than a home because many things didn’t work properly. The management company replied to messages but didn’t act. I reported that the only bath lacked a plug and most hand soap dispensers were broken or empty on arrival, yet nothing was fixed during our 8‑night stay. The tumble dryer had no power and they never followed up. Elevator buttons were faulty, so someone often had to use the stairs to call it to the right floor. The bed pillows were uncomfortable, but linens and towels were decent. The fridge was small for a 5‑bedroom house. We were traveling with young children and the pool edge had a steep drop to the driveway below.
