The staff were responsive to requests, respectful of guests, kept the place clean, and the price matched the location, cleanliness, and spacious rooms; the employees served guests well. Problems included some power sockets in the rented rooms not working, the air‑conditioners being a bit hot both day and night, the kitchen lacking equipment, no paper towels in the wings or rooms, no hand‑washing liquid in the water cycles, lack of dignity, fewer prayer mats, the phone in room 106 not working, the duvet cover being uncomfortable and too heavy for the current climate and unsuitable for summer, and small shampoo and shower supplies in the water cycles.
