Excellent location. Stunning lake view even on the lower floors. The reception and staff were extremely kind and helpful! They upgraded us to a spacious, bright suite at no extra cost. We’ll definitely come back!

Above all, the staff were friendly, exceptional, and eager to help with everything, even in the language; they made sure we never missed breakfast and were a perfect 10, the best part of the hotel. Thank you. I liked everything so much that if I return to Pokhara I’ll repeat this hotel. The hotel sits right on a busy street, which made finding a currency exchange a breeze, and the breakfast spread was generous; the staff were friendly and the little checkout ritual was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t get a lake‑view room, so the scenery was average, and at night the street was noisy with singers and traffic, plus the room lacked a mini‑fridge so I couldn’t chill my drinks.
