The room was a disaster – dust that hadn’t been swept for years coated the floor and carpet, and there were broken glasses both under and behind the bed 😐. The bathroom was just as bad, with a mirror smeared in water so you could barely see yourself 🤦♀️. Nothing about the place felt clean.

The apartment was roomy and the fridge and air‑conditioning were a real blessing in the heat, but the lighting was terrible everywhere, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the kitchen was missing basics – no towels and the cupboards held dirty, incomplete dishes.
