The close proximity to Universal and the convention center made the price worthwhile. The furniture is old and worn, so it probably needs a refresh. Getting to the main clubhouse was difficult because you have to find a gate to walk out and another to access the other property after crossing the busy street.

Location was good. The condo was big and nice. The toilets are way too low. The parking lot was full of big work trucks. I don’t like that you can’t have pets.
