Nice hotel , The room is good. We were on the 8th floor , it was renovated. Comfy bed , bathroom is clean , free parking, It was nice that they kept our luggages till second stay. The Breakfast Buffet could be better. It’s weird for me to find spaghetti in the breakfast buffet at 6 a.m everyday . The staff in the breakfast buffet were nice. the manager Helen is so nice and replied to my message. I believe the staff in the reception could be nicer than they are. I don’t like the location but its value for money. The breakfast could be better. The staff at the reception could be nicer than they are. The location is not good. House keeping is not everyday , they only do refills and change the towels. They don’t do cleaning everyday. We asked for late checkout for only 1 more hour from the time we were supposed to check out and they said it will cost 20 dollars for each extra hour
