The location was good for our purposes and the parking arrangements were satisfactory. The bathroom had poor water pressure in the shower, and sometimes the water wasn’t hot enough; the shower screen was missing, so water sprayed onto the floor and bath mat.

“Good location, cleaning left a lot to be desired.”

The room was a decent size and got cleaned daily; room service was fast and not too pricey, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air‑con temperature control was broken, it felt old, and everything in the room—vents, light shades, TV, desk—was dusty; I sneezed a lot. One side of the bed felt like a deflated marshmallow, making it hard to sleep, and none of the sheets were tucked in or reached the end of the bed. The small wooden token for the elevator and room entrance was easy to lose. The bathroom design was odd, and the toilet seemed like an afterthought.

The view was great and the place was clean, but it was a little outside the city. There was no info about free coffee or tea in the room, and the minibar’s QR code menu had no prices.
