The hotel has a spacious, comfortable parking lot, a cool green space, and the front‑desk staff are relatively friendly and enthusiastic, but there is no sign so guests have to rely on Google Maps to find the place, it’s in a lane with no clear entrance and a dangerous, cluttered path, the housekeeping is sloppy (a piece of fabric on the mattress that might not belong to the guest), soundproofing is terrible (the room near the lobby echoes the children’s laughter), there’s no TV or fridge (a pregnant guest couldn’t store milk, the front desk didn’t help), the room lock is a mechanical key and the card used to turn on the lights is a playing card.

The design is pretty, but the hallway slips when it rains. The room was damp and moldy, and the soundproofing was poor. It doesn’t match the price.

The hotel is lovely, quiet, and in a beautiful spot, and we adored the balcony view. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a complimentary local Da Lat chocolate, which was a nice touch. All in all, it was a great stay. The only downside was that payment could only be made by QR or cash; international cards like VISA or Mastercard weren’t accepted.

Finding the entrance was tricky for cars because there were no signs, so we had to wander around, and the staff were asleep inside until we called and finally answered. The building looked old and didn’t match the promotional photos; Wi‑Fi was weak, the hot water was scalding and needed a staff member to adjust it, which took a long wait. They also blocked unknown callers on Zalo, and the room only had four hangers for two guests, with no extra ones available even after asking. Overall, I felt let down given the price.
