The staff were excellent, helpful, interested and spoke both English and French. The food was lovely. It’s a simple guesthouse and that matches the price. We’re very satisfied.

The accommodation was more than precarious, without heating and without sheets on the beds. No water the next morning. The meal was good. The young host was really great, but the lodging was truly mediocre, fine for a roots trip with friends but never for my wife. It’s impossible that the ratings are so high. No sheets. No water in the morning. No heating. It’s in the mix.

The host was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic – probably the best in Morocco – the best milk coffee I’ve had and the cardamom cookies :) The place has its own vibe – we stayed one night but I’d love to stay longer. We drove through the Atlas at night, the national road was at times extreme – I was terrified, but what I saw during the day paid off all the stress (I recommend driving before dusk :) ).

Great location, you can hike or walk, see villages and beautiful landscapes. Hussein knows the best spots and is very helpful. I had a wonderful time and some great adventures, can only recommend it. He was very hospitable, open and friendly. Good food too. It could be cleaner, and it gets really cold at night so come prepared. Also, the road to get there is a bit difficult if you don’t have a reasonably sturdy car, lots of potholes, etc. Again, this has nothing to do with the guest house though!
