It is not a good hotel, and they didn’t even provide water.
The staff were very pleasant and really do everything they can; the location is also very convenient. In the room there was a huge cockroach that even slept on my pillow, the repair work was terrible—plinths were falling, leaks on the walls and ceiling, and other awful signs of old renovation.

The location between Champ de Mars and Cardan is convenient. The room was very old but had a lot of potential, and the breakfast was shockingly sparse; the fruit was just milk.
It was near the Harbour and not too far from the marketplace; we took a taxi to the cruise ship.
I found nothing good here. The room and services were not what was promised, and breakfast was barely there—just plain bread and margarine. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying there for that price.
