The only thing that made the stay bearable was the surrounding nature; the two pools were a let‑down – one was filthy with frog‑laden water, the other was empty, and the water in the complex smelled off, which made us worry about health. The kitchen was dirty, a strong odor lingered in one hallway, and there was black mold on a ceiling, so the listing was clearly deceptive. Kids left disappointed because of the pools, and adults were let down by everything else.
