The breakfast was plenty, and it would have been even better with fresh fruit, yet the room decor felt a bit old‑fashioned.

The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly, and I wish the ladies in Virginia all the best; the location was close to Santiago’s city center, walking to the historic district and a metro stop nearby, but there was no in‑house laundry service and the wash‑and‑fold price per item was high for the city, plus the all‑inclusive room‑and‑breakfast package was not offered.

The location and breakfast were solid; despite being downtown, noise was minimal, and the staff were courteous and prompt, but the bed was a bit firm for my taste, made of two mattresses that made a noticeable difference.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and attentive, the place was well‑located, central and right next to the Bellas Artes metro station, and I have no complaints.
