“Отель явно стоит работать над качеством сервиса”
The place looked stunning, but that’s where the positives ended. The rooms were filthy; we stayed for 10 days and the housekeeping cleaned a maximum of four times. Floors were black, mirrors were in the sink, and a door handle was broken. Once a male cleaner entered our room: he knocked, waited five seconds, and burst in while I was lying in my light pajamas. That was completely unacceptable and unsafe. After him, the room smelled like sweat for a long time. Breakfast was sparse and repetitive, with only flakes and salad available. We asked for an iron, called reception three days, and they kept saying “yes, we’ll bring it.” By the third day it was inconvenient to request it. Overall, staff attention was lacking, even for trivial things: coffee at breakfast, opening umbrellas at the loungers required repeated requests, and they seemed to “forget” duties. For dinner we ordered pasta at the hotel restaurant, which was disgusting; the noodles floated in oil and tasted horrible. They saw we didn’t eat but didn’t ask why, and added it to the bill. The hotel’s “own” beach was actually shared with three other hotels, and we never managed to secure a lounge chair in ten days; we had to leave our stuff on café chairs while the administration did nothing but shrug. The bed linens were cheap synthetic, like glue‑tied sheets, and uncomfortable to sleep on. This would be tolerable if the price were lower and the hotel didn’t claim five stars, but for the money paid, the hotel is absolutely not worth it.
