The B&B is very close to the Cipro metro station on line A, reachable in less than five minutes. The Vatican is a few minutes’ walk away, depending on where exactly you want to go. My trip focused on visiting the Vatican, so it worked out perfectly. Marco and Antonella (whom I had the pleasure of meeting) are excellent hosts who make you feel comfortable while respecting your privacy; you hardly notice their presence, but you know they’re there if you need them. The room is large, bright, with a bathtub, air conditioning, and a mini‑fridge, and you can also use the living area, which includes coffee and tea, an espresso machine, kettle, and microwave. There’s also a nice balcony. You can leave luggage after check‑in and pick it up later in the day for free. Breakfast is free at a partner bar; if it’s closed they’ll provide something to eat. No significant issues; everything was fine.

The host is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room is super spacious, the bathroom is fully equipped. Breakfast at the small café across the street is great every day. The coffee tastes excellent, and the croissants and chocolate rolls are simply good! The location right next to the subway, which takes you to the center in four stops, is just superb.

The spot was perfect—just a stone’s throw from the Cipro metro stop behind the Vatican. I stayed in a room (bedroom and bathroom) on the 7th floor of a townhouse, so I was surrounded by locals. The owner supposedly lives in the same building, but I never saw him from check‑in to check‑out. The area listed in the ad covers the bedroom with its bathroom and the common lounge (not private). The bed was huge, very comfortable, and the right height—important for both health and leisure. Electrically operated blinds on the windows kept the room from heating up. The AC worked flawlessly. The bathroom was fairly spacious, with a bidet and a tub. Fun fact: between the bathroom and the room there’s a window that lets someone on the bed see a person showering or soaking in the tub (there’s a curtain, of course). Breakfast—coffee and croissants—was served at the café across the street. You could also add pancakes, an omelette with extras, or a sausage—everything was tasty and cheap. Lunches there are also worth recommending. The room lacked a wardrobe, only a short stand with too few hangers. There was no balcony, and the view was just the “well”—the courtyard between the townhouses. The photo shows a balcony in the living room of the apartment.
