The team was very professional, ensuring that my stay at Guam Plaza Hotel felt comfortable and safe. I had no complaints or issues whatsoever.

The TV didn’t work at all during my first stay, and the bathroom was dirty, so we said it was okay. After three months we returned, and this time the toilet kept making a constant flushing noise; we told the front desk, but they didn’t fix it. I couldn’t sleep because the toilet seemed to be filling and flushing every few minutes. So sad.
