The spot is spot‑on near a bus and metro stop, the neighborhood is quiet. The hosts are adorable and always ready to help. The room is practical with a comfy bed, and there’s access to YouTube and Netflix. The shower is large and pleasant. Be careful not to be too tall, the ceiling is quite low. We could check in early in the morning for free and had the option to stay longer on the departure day, which was very convenient. The house is secure thanks to CCTV. The room was very hot and we couldn’t lower the temperature, though a fan worked well. There’s no divider between the living area and the bathroom—just a curtain would improve privacy.

The hosts were always reachable and very friendly. The location was perfect, giving quick, hassle‑free access to downtown Amsterdam. Having the option to book an extra parking spot was great, as we arrived by car.

Everything was available in a compact space. The nearby metro made it easy to reach tourist spots. There was a kettle, a coffee maker, and tea. The bed was against a wall on one side, making it hard to get to, and the duvet was too thick for the prevailing temperatures. Some ant‑like bugs were present. The location wasn’t that great.

The place is in a great spot, just a 2‑minute walk from a public transport stop, which was super convenient. Having a microwave, kettle, and fridge in the room made breakfast a breeze – we ate yogurt and various ready‑to‑heat foods. The bathroom and toilet were very comfortable, though there was no door so everything was visible; my husband and I were fine with that. The bed was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the hair dryer and steamer. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The downside was the very thin walls. Mostly it was quiet, but once we realized that people on the second floor were talking normally, we could hear kids laughing, crying, key rings clinking, and shuffling around.
