Thank you Rosco for the memorable and beautiful experience; the exclusive atmosphere we encountered during the overnight visit will stay in our hearts forever; the four‑wheel drive and cliff‑side history lesson of the surrounding property was unforgettable; the wombat showed up around 9.00 pm as you indicated; a big thank you Andrew, Ashlee and Dave; we should have stayed longer.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away, the warmth of the welcome was genuine and heartfelt. We spent 3 nights over Easter with our beloved bulldog who received a welcome basket packed full of thoughtful gifts and goodies to make her stay special. We loved the room and spent a couple of afternoons just lounging, reading and relaxing in it. There were sundowners in the evenings with stunning complementary platters and fires lit in the communal lounge area on the cooler evenings. With only 5 rooms we were able to chat to fellow travellers over an evening drink or at breakfast in the morning. Where do we start with the breakfast? Top quality ingredients, many grown in local gardens and prepared with care. Freshly baked bread and even homemade hot cross buns (we arrived as Ashlee was kneading the dough). But most of all we couldn't fault the team of Roscoe, Ashlee, Tiana and Dave - truly exceptional hosts, thank you for making our Easter break so special and for all the Charlie love and attention. We wished we could have stayed longer
