Everything was very beautiful and clean, and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant, but the parking entrance is very narrow and hard to maneuver into.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good; we discovered a great restaurant within walking distance, yet the reception offered no assistance. Finding the bar staff was difficult, the location was not ideal, and the parking was frightening with very narrow access.

The breakfast was great, but the hotel is far from everything and there’s nothing to see on foot.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, nothing else to add.

I can’t rate it because I wasn’t the one staying. They never replied to my messages and I had to contact them several times just to get the invoices; thanks, Bernardo.
