The hotel sits in a great spot and even has a spa section, and it was quite reasonably priced. I would have liked more directness and proactivity from the staff; the receptionist wasn’t there during breakfast, and the person I met couldn’t give me a glass of hot water, even though I thought “hot water” or “wasser” would be understood worldwide. Nobody mentioned that the unlimited use policy meant that larger groups could occupy the pool, which would have been better. Still, the place could be good.
