Everything! The reception, cleanliness, proximity to everything, especially the city centre, and the parking nearby that gives you a pass for 7 tram tickets (about €7 per night) and a tram close by. The team listened to us and answered our requests perfectly. The breakfast was very good and super varied.

The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. The pillows were really too hard; it would be helpful to offer a softer pillow as an extra or to be able to request one at reception, but by the time you notice it’s too late.

The staff were very pleasant, the rooms were modern and functional, and the bedding was excellent. The tram stop was nearby.

I slept on a comfortable bed, the shower and bath were adequate, and there was a kettle available. The room lacked a smart TV.
