“Decepcionado com a minha reserva”

The location is good, breakfast is decent, and the rooms are comfortable, but my stay didn’t go well. I booked what seemed to be the largest room with a balcony, yet the staff led me to a much smaller room next to the reception that looked like the one I’d booked. After I complained, they said the room I’d reserved was unavailable due to technical issues, a claim I couldn’t verify, and only after I raised the issue did they mention it. I asked to see the room anyway, but they said they didn’t have its key. They tried to present the new room as an upgrade, though it was clearly a downgrade: smaller and no balcony. I felt deceived but had to accept it to avoid being left without accommodation. On the bright side, the breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, and the location excellent. In the end, they even tried to charge me for drinks I didn’t consume.

The staff were outstanding, especially Shama for her patience, understanding, and friendship; Allaa for her help and friendship; Nour, my birthday buddy, with her love and friendship; Hebe for great service and attention at breakfast; Mohammed for his understanding, friendship, and good service; Abdul for his loving spirit and helpful information; Beshoy (sp) for his caring spirit; Eslim for his creative talent and help; Slim for his friendly manner and helpfulness; and the cleaning and maintenance crew who kept the stay comfortable and safe. “Perfect boutique hotel at excellent location”

Everything. Perfect location, extremely friendly staff, very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, well functioning air-conditioning and good wifi. Very good mattress, bed and sheets. Excellent cleaning team. Staff goes above and beyond to be at your service and always with a smile. Decent and varied breakfast (omelette can be ordered). When you enter the hotel lobby, there is a very nice and homey atmosphere (and it smells incredible). Overall perfect score: 10/10. Highly recommended. I would have liked hot chocolate at breakfast. But I just bought (dark) chocolate in one of the many street shops, and the hotel provided hot milk. The hotel (located on the second and third floor) calls itself a "hostel", but it is really more like a boutique hotel. In some of the comments, people noted that they sometimes might have trouble sleepingl due to street noise. I had a very quiet room (208) and no problem with sleeping. I brought ear plugs just to be safe, but I didn't use them

The price is very good for the conditions: simple, clean, and the staff are friendly. The exterior of the property is a bit neglected, but otherwise fine.
