The location and reception service were wonderful, and the dining area with vending machines was truly great, but the pre‑check‑in had to be done online by phone and the area had poor coverage.

The hotel is 500 m from the centre on the road to Oiartzun, with a rear parking lot; the rooms are not large but are well equipped and very clean, and near the reception there are tables and chairs to eat your food on the spot; everything is accessed by code so you don’t need keys or watch the check‑out. However, there are no views, and when we arrived in the dining area there was a lot of noisy people.
