We stayed overnight after arriving at Sofia airport on our way to Belogradchik. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern, and it was great to have the restaurant nearby. Special thanks to the friendly staff that day who helped us check in and also in the restaurant. Because of our positive experience, we were surprised by some negative comments from other guests, so we stopped on our way back to Sofia for lunch. However, that time we were completely ignored by different staff and left the restaurant after a while without even having a chance to order something.

“Страхотно място за почивка”

A wonderful spot to unwind far from the noisy city; two or three days are enough to enjoy the pool, tasty food and fresh air. The double room we had was fully equipped—with a coffee machine, air‑conditioning, water glasses and even a few complimentary chocolate bonbons. After the second night the room was cleaned, the towels were changed and hygiene was very high. The room itself was excellent. My only suggestion is to vary the breakfast menu, perhaps adding a couple of pasta dishes and pizza.

Nice room, very efficient lunch service, great pool. Check‑in was a bit confusing, and evening restaurant service was poor.

The place was very clean with brand‑new furnishings after the renovation; the room was chilly at first but the heating worked fine, the bedroom was comfortable and the pillows were cozy. The restaurant served large portions of tasty food, and breakfast before 09:30 offered four soups— we especially liked the mushroom soup and the pumpkin soup. After 09:30 they served hamburgers and other items from the menu. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
