I took the midnight bus to Göreme town, and when the hot air balloon was cancelled due to rain, we had to wait at the hotel reception. They not only prepared coffee and tea for us, but also arranged for the room to be cleaned as soon as other guests checked out so we could move in early. Thank you so much 🙏

The hotel is well‑located with a varied breakfast. The restaurant offers a stunning view. The staff are very helpful and always available to assist. The room is spacious and styled like a cave.

It’s in the middle of Göreme, with an excellent location. Our room was very nice, with good facilities and a delicious breakfast. Seher stands out for her friendliness, attention, and help, from before our arrival and while we were there. I booked the balloon flight with a top‑tier provider, as well as tours and transportation to and from the airport. Very pleasant and recommended.
