The gentleman at the front desk, Chai, seemed helpful when I told him I wasn’t going to stay because there were roaches in my room; he called the manager and promised a refund, but I never got it and the hotel denied the refund on the app I had used. They definitely lied. After being in the room for about 15 minutes I turned on the TV and saw a roach stuck inside; I opened the microwave and found another roach, so I grabbed my things, put them in my car, and went to the front desk to tell them I wasn’t staying.
