The hair dryer was a problem.

The hotel was extremely well located, very close to the train station, public transport and the city centre. The staff were friendly and resourceful. The first night was difficult for my wife; the mattress she tried to sleep on was completely sunken and too soft. Another negative point for that room was the lack of heating in the bathroom and no towel rack. A different, better room was assigned to us by the staff.
