Everything was perfect, the hotel was amazing for children and the facilities were incredible! The only issue was the extra fee for the game room (Playstation).

Food is amazing

The buffet food was decent and the pool was enjoyable, though some areas were closed for maintenance. The surrounding area and views were lovely. However, despite being a newer hotel, many things were broken: the mini‑bar door fell off, the wooden hinges were rotting, the heater didn't work at first, and half of the kids' pool was taped shut. The lobby bar staff were rude; we had to hunt them down for menus and orders, and they served us a half‑glass of off‑rosé and refused to replace it. When I asked for a fresh glass, the bartender dumped the spoiled wine into the sink and poured new rosé into the same glass without changing it. The staff training clearly needs improvement, and the guest services ignored the complaint.

The front desk, especially Miss Dilmi, was fantastic—friendly and professional. The pool bar staff, however, were very unfriendly. The food at the Upalawanna restaurant was excessively salty; we had to return dishes four or five times. We spent 94,000 on dinner and left with dishes that were still too salty.

“I would recommend it to all my friends and family.”

Everything—from the food to the staff to the amenities—was perfect, making it a flawless getaway. The Sous Chef went above and beyond to care for us when we had a baby.
