We were really impressed with the hotel staff - they were super helpful when we arrived and let us stash our bags before check-in. The location is a bit out of the way, but being right next to Shin-Osaka station made it a breeze to get around, and we even managed to catch an early Shinkansen train. The room was a decent size, which is more than I can say for some other hotels I've stayed in, and it had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
