We stayed in the Stratton suite, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast arrived on time and tasted great, and we also enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the pub. All the staff were polite and helpful.

We were given a room facing a busy road, and if it was summer we wouldn’t be able to open the window due to noise.

I stayed there a second time and it’s a great place; I live in the north and the price is very reasonable, and the breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that when we handed our key cards in, a meal was charged to our room for a buffet we didn’t attend until 6 pm; they removed it, which felt a bit strange.

The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed, but it was rather chilly and there were no instructions on how to operate the heating.
