The hotel was really comfortable, and the room was a nice place to relax. However, I had some issues with the air conditioning - or lack of it. They only had fans, which didn't do much to cool the place down, and the windows couldn't be opened without staff assistance, which was a bit of a hassle. I was also a bit worried about the safety of my kids with the windows being so hard to open and us being on a high floor.

The quality of everything was really high, but I struggled a bit with the language barrier - hardly anyone spoke English.

The hotel room was clean, but the shower had a bit of a mold problem. For a 5-star hotel, I expected more - it's okay for a 3-star place, but not great for a higher rating. There was also a big construction site next door, which made for a lot of noise, and it's a 30-minute taxi ride to the city center with not much to see around the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were really friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything I needed.

The hotel's proximity to the metro was a big plus, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable and spacious. It was also warm in our room in November, which was a pleasant surprise given the time of year. However, there were some drawbacks - the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, likely from the hallway or neighboring rooms, and the shower had mold. The breakfast was weak and mostly Chinese options, with little to no European-style food.
