The location is top, and even during the marathon it was still quiet with hardly any street noise. The stylish rooms were equipped with all the essentials. Early in the morning (5:30) you could hear quite loud clattering from the floor above, but that could be attributed to the marathon (or a participant).

“Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!”

The location is truly excellent! We really liked the breakfast and the rooms, and we’ll definitely come back! The staff are courteous and very attentive. One small note: for a short time when trying to fall asleep in the 2nd‑floor room it was a bit noisy – there were earplugs in the bathroom, but only for one person. We were still able to sleep well.

“Top Adresse für einen Citytrip”

The hotel’s location is perfect – right in the heart of Graz’s old town. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very dog‑friendly. Our little one received a dog bed, a water and food bowl, and a pack of treats. He was also allowed to join breakfast, so the price of 25,00 € per night is reasonable. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very stylish but the color scheme made it quite dark. The breakfast priced at 23,00 € per person did not justify the cost. Everything was there, but the selection for that price was somewhat thin: no fresh jam, limited variety of bread and pastries, a coffee machine that was a single‑serve, no fresh fruit, etc. For a hotel in the culinary region of Styria this is something that could be improved.

The breakfast was quite fine, but I didn't like that it was held in the same room as the bar at night. The parking situation was unsatisfactory.

The beds were perfect, the rooms were beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Everything was just fine.
