We stopped here for one night on the road because we were exhausted. The staff was super friendly and helpful, getting us settled in and parking our car conveniently near our room. The room had a nice terrace that opened up to the pool, and being surrounded by pine trees created a special atmosphere. However, the mirror and outlet were awkwardly placed, and one of the extra mattresses was pretty uncomfortable.

The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist with health issues. I appreciated the quiet and safe location, with staff regularly checking on things at night. However, the hotel's equipment felt a bit outdated, and the food could've been more varied, especially for kids.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel - the staff were super friendly, and the food was okay, not going hungry but not exactly gourmet either. The pool was clean, and for the price in Bulgaria, it was a decent deal, but I wouldn't return. On the downside, the rooms and corridors felt old and worn out, and it was a bit of a trek to the beach.

Unfortunately, the food was a letdown - it was sometimes tasteless and repetitive. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the shower wasn't working properly. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming stay.
