Everything was ok about location: very clean, well-equipped, very well situated ( 5 min to train station, 2 min to center of the city). They have an employee named Valentina which was very helpfull every time I contacted her on the phone. Parking In description the say you have parking on property but what they didn’t say is that if you want to park on their parking area you will pay 25 euro/day! In front of the building you can’t find any available spot to park. Breakfast In the morning you have to go to a Cafe wich is 200 m away from the accomodation. When you arrive you will get one voucher for every day of accomodation to use every morning for breakfast. It is very cheap: 1 coffee, 1 glass of juice (some flavored powder in a packet mixed with water) and 1 croissant. You can buy all of this on every Caffe for 5 euro

“New apartment, but poorly cleaned, with serious communication issues. The host also entered the apartment while we were”

The location was great, near the train station, but the apartment wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived; the bathroom had many black hairs. Parking instructions were missing—my car sat on a narrow street with no spaces while I waited for gate instructions that never came. I had to remind the host about the breakfast voucher and café address, even though breakfast was included. The host was supposed to leave the voucher in the key box, but instead they entered the apartment without notice while we were away. We were promised a brioche or focaccia but only got a sad croissant at a café rated 2.7 on Google. After I complained, the issue was fixed the next day, but the host still acted as if I was wrong for expecting what I paid for. Almost everything required a reminder because things were forgotten or mistakes happened, and the host shifted blame to me instead of taking responsibility. A nice apartment alone isn't enough; good communication and basic professionalism matter too.

The internet connection had a glitch that caused us to lose a lot of time, but Valentina was remarkably helpful. Big congratulations to her. Valentina! The proximity to the train station! The very close access to the city!

The location was very close to the station and to the pedestrian zone with plenty of restaurants. Everything else was fine.
