The jacuzzi was a real highlight of our stay, but unfortunately, we booked during a time when the hotel was hosting two big parties back-to-back, which made for a pretty noisy and chaotic experience.

We had a great time at the hotel - everything was super, from the rooms to the service. If I'm being honest, the only thing that would've made it even better is if they had a bit more parking available.

We've been coming back to Portorož for years, and this place has been the kids' favorite so far. Everything was perfect, from the smooth check-in to the amazing jacuzzi on the top floor. We were a family of six, and we all fit comfortably. We'll definitely be back next year!

The location was great, but unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay. There were no kitchen towels, no trash can, and not enough toilet paper. The washing machine only had three tablets for five days, and the drain in the bathroom was clogged. To top it off, the bed was completely ruined and unusable.
