The place was very peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. All the staff were nice and helpful, and the pool was amazing—we had a great time there. The downside was that the glass door locks and the safety box didn’t work. They told us the place was very safe, but we were concerned about leaving our belongings in the room.

The stay was very relaxing, but the pool and hot tub weren't as clean as they could have been, indicating a drop in maintenance.

The place was very pretty, the staff service was impeccable, and the restaurant food was delicious. The rooms were very nice and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing, but the jacuzzi didn’t work.

The place was very well maintained, and the facilities matched the photos. I think the air conditioning should be a bit larger for the room size, but it never felt hot, and the restaurant should close later.
