The room was spotless, the windows kept out the street noise despite the bustle outside, there was an elevator and a decent TV, but the centrally‑controlled climate sometimes felt too chilly and other times too warm.

“Perfect location, simple and comfortable rooms that serve as a great homebase to explore the city.”

The place is in a great spot, rooms are clean and comfy, and the check‑in/check‑out process is smooth. I liked that it’s open 24/7 for late or early arrivals and departures. The only downside was the lack of an extra trash can in the room.

“L'unica pecca è la posizione”

The camera is the right size and clean, and the bed is comfortable. In the basement there’s a room for breakfast with disposable cutlery, napkins, a microwave, a sink, and a shared fridge. The property is a 5‑minute walk from the metro stop and just a few minutes by metro from the main sights. The area isn’t great, especially at night, and the window faces the railway: a bit noisy and not very scenic. It’s hard to sleep with the air conditioning and duvet on. We weren’t told that room cleaning was on request; we only found out after asking on the first night.

“Outstanding hotel. Best value. Great location. We will be back!”

Everything was perfect: clean, friendly staff, a large bathroom, and complimentary toiletries. The shower was strong. The air conditioning is centralized and hotel‑controlled; the room felt a little warm for sleeping. The staff advised me to call the desk next time so they can adjust it.
