The garden suite surprised us with its size, offering three rooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a shared kitchen. It felt like our own private property, especially since there was only one other guest during our stay. The housekeeper was a gem—she prepared breakfast each morning, tidied beautifully, and was incredibly sweet with our 2‑year‑old daughter. The grounds are stunning, the pool is gorgeous and surrounded by nature with trees, valley views, butterflies, bumblebees, and hummingbirds. It felt genuinely calm and connected to the natural world. The team was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and full of helpful tips. We also loved that guests get access to the La Foce gardens just up the road, a real treat with a lovely gift shop for souvenirs. The location is excellent, very close to Pienza and Montepulciano, and there’s a great restaurant nearby offering a discount for first‑time guests staying at the property. The only downside is that there are no sweeping Tuscan rolling hill views directly from the house itself, though you can catch a glimpse from the pool.
