It was close to the venue. Plug in my room at the mirror where I was supposed to get ready was not working It was very noisy, people yelling in the middle of the night after 12 on 2 of the 4 nights

The location is exceptional,close to everything necessary,emerald,the shops and everything was very close. The fact that we have to ask permission to leave and enter the gate was somehow an inconvinience, the service from the receptionist was not welcoming at all. The self catering apartment needs an upgrade,it was difficult to cater for ourselves without asking for their assistance. The blankets in our rooms were worn out and it was cold,luckily the aircon was working

“Staff was drunk, place is dirty including blankets..paid 3 units but given 2 units😩💔”

The staff were drunk and partying with other ladies who came by to check in a neighboring room; my friend slept on the floor when I booked three units and was given two, and was told that refunds were possible for them but not for me. There was no backup for load shedding, and the guy there responded, “was I supposed to hold the electricity for you guys?” I called to file a complaint and it seemed the owner or boss favored her staff over listening to what the client experienced while she wasn’t around. We found dirty dishes and cutlery in the kitchen cupboards, the place looked unclean overall, yet when we dropped our bags at reception we saw people with mops and buckets, which was surprising. Nothing about the place was nice except the exterior.
