The staff were friendly and the location very central, but the pictures did not match the reality; the place needs a little TLC.
The spot was tidy and clean, and it’s close to everything you’d need. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

“This is a backpackers”
Description was incorrect when booking. And the photos are misleading. When booking the description of the accommodation stated clearly that I am booking a 2 bedroom. When we got there, it was 1 room with all the beds in it. no loung area either as stated for the Family room. This place is clearly more of a backpackers and not a lodge. And they should advertise it at such. The toilet seat was completely broken as well.mattresses are bad quality. There were no curtains in front of the door that had a huge window in it, so the light was shining into the room the entire night. We did not sleep at all due to this. As soon as the sun came up we left.this ruined our entire trip
Nothing I liked about the place at all. The welcoming was not professional at all. And to find out the pool was not working was not on at all because there was nothing on the saying they have water restrictions which the pool is not operating at all, and there is no one to report to for any problems were there because we didn't have amenities,1 only the used ones from the previous guest and the linen was not clean at all smelling the previous guest
