They didn’t give me a decent room and I had to go elsewhere. The hotel is terrible.

I don’t like this hotel at all. The rooms are very unhygienic and the staff’s behaviour is bad.

The staff were very rude in their conversations.

Nothing to like. They were playing a dirty double‑mind game, claiming all rooms were occupied even though I had a confirmed booking in the system, and denied me a room on 18 May 25 because the hotel’s location is easily reachable to everyone, so they just moved people to another branch (which wasn’t the genuine one). They shifted me with the same booking to that other branch at 2 AM (check‑in time); I was just helpless, so I would say they were fraud, so just keep that in mind when you visit this dirt place.
