Everything was excellent and the service was great, but the location was not ideal.

We were not greeted or even acknowledged, and worse, the staff didn’t know we had a reservation; they told us no rooms were available and left us stranded. It’s an informal hostel that I would not recommend to anyone. The place is the worst hostel, completely unprofessional and lacking basic reservation handling—any establishment that can’t manage bookings is just mediocre.
