It’s a nice place to stay here, with excellent desert camel tours, a nice restaurant, and a top deck. The staff were helpful, making it a great place to stay, though the area was a bit yukish…cows!

“Horrible”

The view is decent, but the hotel itself feels cheap and uncomfortable, with a lot of stairs and a horrible suite that has a step that could make you fall when heading to the bathroom at night; it's very tacky, the food is forgettable, and the price is high for what it offers. I’d rather stay at the hotel right behind it, which is much newer, has an elevator, a better vibe, and a restaurant. I think that’s the real Jawas. Niwas Everything else is just fine; only the view is good.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Pleasant Haveli. The place is cozy, spotless, and brimming with genuine haveli charm, making the experience feel special and distinct. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ensuring everything ran smoothly. The rooftop restaurant was a real highlight—top‑tier food, excellent service, and stunning views. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Jaisalmer. Highly recommend.
