The hotel's location was one of its best features, being right opposite the seafront and just a block away from the bridge leading to the town centre.
I had a great stay at this hotel, with a clean and safe environment, a comfy bed, and huge towels.
The room was incredibly small, with no windows, which made it feel claustrophobic.
I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were attentive, helpful, and made our stay truly enjoyable.

“Great location BUT Tiny room ( pictures misleading) and zero customer service”
The location was good. There was no reception, the room was tiny, and there wasn’t even a coffee machine. The photos were misleading. Paying 250 Euro for such a small room with zero customer service is quite disappointing.

The location was excellent for us. We wanted to be by Zurriola Beach and the Gros district, but it was easy to walk to the old town and other spots. The room and ensuite were nice, clean, and comfortable, and there was a mini‑fridge with complimentary mini‑bar drinks on arrival. I wish there had been a coffee machine in the room; there are no restaurant or bar facilities inside the hotel, so we had to leave to get coffee. A Nespresso machine or similar would have been great, especially since there’s a fridge for milk. Also, there was only one hook on the bathroom wall, making it tricky to hang towels, let alone beach towels or a wetsuit.

Getting in was a breeze—no front‑desk staff, just a code—and the room and facilities look modern and spotless. The air conditioning works, the bed is comfy, and we appreciated the free minibar. The walls are thin, so we could hear other guests at night; we also wanted a few more pillows, and the courtyard view turned out to be a wall only about 5 feet away 😂, but none of that spoiled the trip. It’s San Sebastián in high season, so that’s just life.
