The beds were very good and the room was clean, but because the hotel sits in an industrial area with no nearby restaurants, it would have been nice if the hotel provided food and drinks; the restaurant and bar were closed on Saturday, forcing us to take an Uber to a restaurant, although soft drinks were available in the lobby.

“Don’t visit at the weekend if you expect to eat!”

The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was good; however, we arrived tired and hungry after a long day of travel, and on arrival we were told the restaurant was shut on Saturday. They don’t open on weekends, a fact that was mentioned on the website but we missed it while booking many hotels that month. The hotel was isolated with no nearby restaurants, so they offered frozen microwave meals that you could buy. We ended up buying them, were given two plastic knives and forks, and had to try to microwave the food in a room with no plates, opening plastic bags with a knife and eating the mess from a cardboard container. I don’t think this is an acceptable standard for a Hilton hotel.
